Not Impressed

I ordered one bed - 2XL. On my receipt it showed that I ordered an XL bed. I tried reaching out to the company - Surprise, Surprise there was no customer service number or email address. My dog is about 90 pounds, so my bad. I ordered another 2XL bed, being extra careful to make sure I had the correct boxes checked. Guess what. On the receipt it was listed as XL AGAIN. I know that isn't what I was ordering and I paid for the 2XL bed AGAIN. I also ordered an extra cover for each. Remember I ordered 2XL both times. I got the extra covers on the same day. One XL and one 2XL.
I received the first bed - it was an XL. We are using it because we needed something. I have yet to get the second bed a 2XL, but I have an extra cover for it.
Don't do business with this company. They aren't very good at customer service. To be honest, I doubt that I'll get any response to this or any other comments I've left. In this case I was fooled once and went on to try again. My mistake - won't happen again.
I also notice that as I'm writing this review, my wording is being changed. Don't do business with this outfit - Really not worth the hassle.

Very Impressed

Winnie just loves her new "big girl bed" for her kennel; there are times when I lose her in the house and find her on her "big girl bed," in her kennel. Thye quality of both of the beds I recently bought is great. I also love the quick response when there is a question.
